The Frank House (Case Study House #25) in Long Beach, California, USA. As we said, Frank House was num dating to and found in the Naples area of Long Beach. That was well over 50 years ago and as such, we do see upgrades over those years. However, the basis of the house is still intact. It’s really just decor that has changed. The Case Study house 22 was built on a promontory overlooking the city of Los Angeles and has an L-shaped plan with a structure made of steel and glass.
